We do not treat safety or warranty as an afterthought. They are engineered into the product from the beginning through the drive system, control logic, doors, cabin structure, and finishes. Each METRON elevator is built to international standards and supported through a clear, structured warranty framework.

15 Year Warranty
The elevator traction motor and main control panel are protected under a 15 year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects. These are the core elements of the elevator’s performance and reliability, and this extended protection reflects our confidence in the engineering behind every METRON system.
Coverage applies to original, unmodified components operating under normal specified conditions.
2 Year Comprehensive Elevator Warranty
Every new METRON elevator is supplied with a 2-year full-system warranty covering the complete elevator, including:
- Drive & Control System
- Shaft Equipment
- Doors & Safety Devices
- Cabin structure
- Wiring & Electronic Assemblies
This warranty protects the owner against manufacturing or installation defects throughout the early operational phase of the elevator — the period where correct performance stability matters most.
2 Year Free Preventive Maintenance
For the first 2 years of operation, METRON provides scheduled preventive maintenance at no cost. This includes:
- Planned Service Visits
- System Inspection & Adjustments
- Safety Device Verification
- Lubrication & General Servicing
- Performance Checks
The objective is simple: maintain peak ride quality and ensure long-term protection of all key components.
Any consumables or misuse-related repairs, if required, are handled separately and transparently.

METRON elevators are built to comply with international elevator standards and include multiple layers of protection. Safety devices, intelligent monitoring logic, and mechanical safeguards work together to ensure every journey is stable and secure.
